Location, food and value for money
The room wasn't enough clean. There was a lot of dust on the lamps and around the bed. Hair in the bathroom. The towels were old and miserable.

the hotel is not a 4 star hotel,not even a 2 stars hotel.very very dirty,the food is horible.the rooms are incredible dirty.very bad conditions.I was shocked how bad this hotel can be.

Staff was ok, quiet hotel, close to the beach
food for small children not easy to find, poor selection anyway. games in the hall of the hotel not free, some of the furniture in the hal was torn.

Free internet. Lobby bar with local beverages till 23:00. Maby a good place for a still vacation with children or for a pair, not for a group of friends. Cheap and fun water sports possibilities on the beach. Good SPA procedures for my wife.
Far from GoldenSands centre. Need to walk approx. 5 mins to beach. A big choice of food, but average taste. Nothing to do here in evening with friends. A drive to GoldenSands party region - approx. 15-30 lev. At the beach You need to pay for the sunbed.

I like the big shady garden with a big variety of trees and flowers and of course the Magnolia tree inside, the pool at Magnolia 1 and the spa center.I Like the food but I recommend to a variety of...maybe mediteranean or international . I like the entertaiment team also
The personal must be more polite .At the bar you can only drink cheap alcoholic drinks what are for free .To drink something fine you must pay but they don't have prices for drinks .One time they charge you with a price another with different price and the personal at the bar make difference between nationallities. The coffe is not a coffe to drink. The other drinks are good but sometimes not enough .They try to be polite but maybe the experience with people make them not to be.

The fact that the hotel was all inclusive made the stay very economic. The facilities were comfortable and the fact that the hotel was between a tourist area and the town meant that minimal travel time was necessary.

A lot of interesting places are not far from the hotel. If you are ready to rent a car, you'll have good chances to visit many of them. The seeview is beautiful and the sandy beach is good for swimming and sunburning
